AVSil® Silica Tape WT65CH

Sub Category: Silica

Description

AVSil® WT-65 is a 0.125 inch thick silica woven tape that is typically used in thermal environments to protect equipment against fire, extreme heat, welding splatter and molten metal. The woven edge construction of the tape prevents fraying during installation and use compared to woven slit tapes. AVSil® Silica Woven Tapes are intended for high temperature applications with continuous service up to 1800°F (982°C). AVSil® Silica Woven Tapes are extensively used in the following Industries: Power Generation, Shipbuilding, Construction, Welding, and Metal Processing.
