Ultisil ET168S is a high-performance Amorphous Silica Fabric that was engineered for continuous temperature applications up to 2000°F (1093°C). Ultisil ET168S is impregnated with a proprietary surface treatment that improves thermal and handling properties. When exposed to high temperatures up to 2000°F (1093°C) the fabric will maintain excellent pliability and moderate strength. Ultisil ET168S can be easily sewn into specialty textile parts for a variety of industrial end use applications.

Applications

Ultisil ET168S specialty silica fabric is the product of choice for textile parts that will be exposed to static and dynamic conditions in a high temperature continuous operating environment up to 2000°F (1093°C). Ultisil ET168S can be used to fabricate stress relief blankets, protective foundry covers, furnace curtains, insulation mats and tube seals.
