AVSil® Silrub silicone coated two-sided silica fabrics engineered for industrial applications requiring a compromise of thermal protection and abrasion resistance properties. The high-performance silicone coating improves the fabric handling properties while improving the fabrics capability to withstand a moderate levels of molten metal exposure. The base fabric will remain pliable after exposure to continuous temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C).
